Yoga and Pilates
Confidence should not be the barrier to introducing routine movement within a healthy lifestyle.
Our short, 6 week courses to help introduce you to the basics in Pilates or Yoga. The courses are perfect for complete beginners. Over six weeks you’ll be introduced to the principles of the practice and learn common exercises.
New courses are run quarterly and based on our timetable and requests. Contact us to secure your spot and when you finish the short course, you will feel confident to attend other classes in our timetable.
The courses are $99 for six consecutive classes.

What happens when I finish the beginners course?
On completion of your Pilates or yoga course you can transition to one of our range of other classes, or try another class type. You can find a description of classes and our current timetable here. These classes run on our class pass system.
