Props are used to help make postures more accessible and comfortable. Each class begins and ends with a brief guided meditation. Leave this class feeling calm and relaxed. Open to all levels with absolutely no yoga experience required (you don’t need to be flexible – you just need to start!). Beginner and Level 1.

Some poses are performed individualy, while others are sequenced carefully to blend together.  This is a fantastic class for those who want to have a regular yoga practice – where you will improve your strength and skill over time. Level 2 & 3.

Vinyasa yoga is  a powerful tool for body, mind and soul. This style is strong with short holds we breathe through the asanas (poses) in motion, flowing from one post to the next with your breath. This practice will enhance self awareness on all levels physical, mental , emotional and spiritual. Level 1 & 2.

Mysore Style Yoga Class

A different way to practice yoga in a class. Named after the city in India where this style of yoga practice was popularized, the Mysore Style of yoga practice is a class where everyone works on their own sequence of poses, devised and supervised by a qualified and experienced yoga teacher. The result is an inclusive class where we come together as a group and develop a practice that works for our own body. All levels.

Meditation

Each week we explore different meditations – to help release long held tension and stress. Connect to your inner truth and let go of what you have been hanging on to. Feel you can’t meditate? That’s perfect this class is for everyone.

Mat Pilates

Feel the burn in this fun dynamic circuit class. Each week a different program to help you build strength, tone and get your heart rate up. A blend of mat exercises and Pilates equipment.
