YOGA +  MEDITATION Classes

Yin Yoga

Yin is the practice of surrender, allowing us to let go of long held tension within the body and mind. Learning to be still and quite within yourself with no distractions is a rare treat. This practice will enhance self awareness on all levels physical, mental , emotional and spiritual.

Vinyasa Flow

A Vinyasa is a style of yoga where the postures are linked in a flowing manner. Vinyasa flow is a class where you work your body mind and spirit into the deepest layers. With deeper sense of grounding into the poses. You will experience a strong workout in a gentle and caring way. Leaving you feeling relaxed, unfolded and a feeling of bliss. This class is for all experiences, but expect to be challenged.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga describes the physical practice of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control). We use it to describe a class taught were most postures are into one at a time, unlike the flowing vinyasa style. Variations are provided so each person can select the right level of challenge for them.

Yoga Pilates Blend

Our PhysiYoga Signature class. The general class structure includes the suryanamaskar (sun salutations) and a selection of postures from twelve mini ‘series’. Each class draws postures from each series, and these postures may differ week to week. Postures are held up to nine breaths. Progressions and modifications are applied throughout the class wherever necessary and blended with Pilates based exercises to fill in strength and control gaps where needed.
